Descriptive Clothing was founded by siblings Callie Holthe and Taryn Pike, who wanted a simpler way to move through a world that feels increasingly complex.

We kept noticing the same problem everywhere: everything is over-explained, over-designed, and overloaded with meaning. We wanted a baseline, something clear and grounded, that cuts through the noise.

Our approach is straightforward: say what it is, mean what you say, and keep only what matters. Descriptive Clothing is built around clean design and direct language, apparel that reduces noise instead of adding to it.
